6A at Condominium Palmas Reales is located 3.1 kilometers north of the quaint town of San Miguel de Cozumel. Once you get a kilometer outside of the main town Cozumel becomes a sleepy lush tropical island paradise you can enjoy. The slow pace of island life will relax the mind and soul.

Two kilometers north of San Miguel, you will pass the Presidential Villa retreat. One can tell when the President of Mexico is in residence by the constant patrolling of the Navy ships protecting the head of state. Another kilometer past the Presidential Villa is the local island marina. It is very picturesque and worth a stroll down from the condominium for a visit or hire one of the boats for a day out snorkeling and fishing.

Upon arrival at the condominium you are to register with the security guard, which is in place 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Your concierge will show you to your accommodation and introduce you to the housekeeper, Miriam. Her duties are to provide clean towels daily and a change of sheets regularly and keep the condo clean and tidy to make your stay enjoyable and carefree.

The accommodation is supplied with wireless internet and you can obtain the key code from the rear of the modem. Sky TV is available with equal number of programs available in Spanish as well as English.

You will be left with keys upon arrival and your concierge will assist you with auto rental or any travel plans you may wish to undertake. If you fancy cooking something local, you have arrived at a unit with a gourmet’s kitchen that has every amenity you could want for. There are several major supermarkets that are easy to access and you should be able to find anything necessary to enjoy great meals in your own accommodation. Catering and personal chef services available.

So upon arrival you should switch your internal clock to MEXICAN TIME. This means do not rush and be in a hurry. Everything you need will eventually be found and enjoyed. Relax and enjoy your secluded hide-a-way. Sit on the patio and enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships coming into the island in the morning and departing at night with all their lights glowing. Also very relaxing are the amazing views of Playa del Carmen. At night you can see the town on mainland Mexico, 11 miles across the Caribbean waters with magnificent lights. Sit by the pool, tan and relax and do not be surprised to be all alone for your entire stay. If you enjoy peace and quiet in life, it will never get any better than this.
